We start off with our own, expertly brewed craft beer. After careful consideration, and tastings, we were able to choose the proper blend to craft our superior malt vinegar, then age it in oak barrels for up to 5 years.
With flavors ranging between aged balsamic and fine red wine vinegars, this blend has a multitude of previously uncommon uses for malt vinegar. Try it in your favorite salad dressing, or use it to brighten up any meal.
