Malt Vinegar Glaze

  • Add vinegar to medium sauce pan over medium heat to dissolve brown sugar. Bring to a low boil for 15 minutes.
  • Add beer and return to low boil. Reduce for 30 minutes until sightly thickened.  
  • Add jam, stirring often, and continue reducing for 15 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and store in refrigerator in an air tight container.
