Malt Vinegar Glaze

Ingredients
- 4 cups
Aldus Craft Malt Vinegar - 1 cup American Blonde Ale (or any golden ale)
- 1 cup Light Brown Sugar
- ½ cup Apricot Jam
Instructions
- Add vinegar to medium sauce pan over medium heat to dissolve brown sugar. Bring to a low boil for 15 minutes.
- Add beer and return to low boil. Reduce for 30 minutes until sightly thickened.
- Add jam, stirring often, and continue reducing for 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and store in refrigerator in an air tight container.
