Our mission began in 2014 with all beer lovers in mind. We initially set out to craft a smooth, crisp and drinkable brew inspired by old-style Kölsch ales—and after refining countless variations, our signature American Blonde Ale was born.

Over the years, we have continued to make all our beers endlessly drinkable and immediately approachable. While we honor classic styles and traditional brewing processes, we thrive on experimentation—embracing bold ingredients, modern techniques, and fresh challenges with every batch.

Distinctly local, Aldus Brewing Company pours a unique flavor profile into every beer we create. From the moment we tapped our first keg, we’ve refused to cut corners on quality, character, or style. Whether you’re a seasoned connoisseur or just stepping into the craft-beer world, Aldus is here with a fresh "Craft Beer for All".

Our brewery lives inside the original Snyder’s of Hanover Snack Foods Factory—an active production facility for over 40 years. Constructed in the 1920s to produce snacks and baked goods, this building has come full circle—returning to its manufacturing roots through the art of fermentation. We’re proud to support our community with high-quality beer made by passionate people who carry on the traditions long held within these walls.
